Important: You must upload all of your ultrasound images and any videos available from your scan.
Our assessments are based on the complete ultrasound examination, not a single image. Different images and video frames often reveal anatomical features that are not visible elsewhere. If not all images and videos are submitted, important information may be missed, which can affect the validity of your prediction and the confidence we are able to assign.
To ensure the most accurate assessment possible, please upload every scan image and video provided to you by your sonographer.

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU SUBMIT EVERY IMAGE AND ANY VIDEOS YOU HAVE, THIS WILL ENSURE OUR MOST ACCURATE ANALYSIS!
If you haven't received instructions from us on how to send your scan images please check your JUNK mailbox.
You are only permitted to upload scan images that are either your own or for which you have received explicit permission from the individual involved. By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have obtained consent to share the image with us if you are uploading on behalf of someone else.
Your prediction will be sent via email and not posted to your home address.
If we are unable to analyse your baby’s sex, a full refund will be issued.

*Holiday periods may result in changes to our opening hours.
6 Hour and any Fast packages purchased during our closing hours are returned promptly the following morning when we reopen. 24 hour packages will be received at the time due, regardless of falling within our closing hours.
