The Nubologists specialise in early foetal sex prediction using nub theory. We are not medical professionals, do not provide medical advice and our assessments should not be used for medical or diagnostic purposes.

Our assessments are based upon years of practical experience, continual research, published scientific literature relating to nub theory and our own observations gathered from analysing hundreds of thousands of ultrasound scans.

Whilst our overall historical accuracy exceeds 99% across suitable predictions, no method of prenatal foetal sex prediction can ever be 100% accurate. Only birth can provide absolute confirmation of your baby's sex.

Complete Scan Submission

To carry out the most accurate assessment possible, you must submit all ultrasound images and any videos provided during your scan.

Our assessments are based upon the complete ultrasound examination rather than a single image. Different images and video frames often reveal anatomical features that are not visible elsewhere.

If all available images and videos are not submitted, important anatomical information may be omitted, which may affect both the validity of your assessment and the confidence we are able to assign.

If additional images or videos are submitted after your assessment has been completed, The Nubologists reserve the right to review and, where appropriate, revise the original prediction in light of the new anatomical information provided.

Confidence Ratings

Every prediction includes an individual confidence rating.

This percentage reflects our confidence in your individual assessment and is based upon several factors, including gestational age, scan quality, foetal position, surrounding anatomy, visibility of the genital area and the overall suitability of the images provided.

Your individual confidence rating should not be confused with our overall historical accuracy, which exceeds 99% across suitable predictions.

Refund Policy

If, after reviewing all submitted ultrasound images and videos, we are unable to provide a reliable assessment, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are not available once a prediction has been issued, including where your baby's sex at birth differs from our prediction. Nub theory is a predictive method and, as with all prenatal sex prediction methods, only birth can provide absolute confirmation of your baby's sex.
